A. Generally, a practice is worth 1.5 to 2 times the net income*.
*Net income accounts for doctor and staff salaries, debt amortizations, general overhead and taxes.

Q. How do you help a dentist that is interested in growing his or her practice by buying and then merging another practice?
A. We have overseen hundreds of practice sales. We represent sellers primarily, however, our goal is to facilitate a smooth transition of a practice sale to the satisfaction of both the seller and the buyer. We have overseen hundreds of practice sales, working to get the maximum value for a seller’s practice. As well, we like to follow-up with buyers to offer coaching support going forward. It has been our experience that the latter is rarely if ever done by other brokerages.
